Over the years we have developed the technical standard and cheese quality to an exceptional level. The Dairy has been awarded Higher Level BRC Accreditation, A grade. We know this is the expectation of our customers and will continue to set ourselves exacting standards at all times.

Yarg Cornish Cheese
This delicious semi-hard cheese from Cornwall, in the South West of the country is deliciously creamy under the rind and slightly crumbly in the core. It has a young, fresh, slightly tangy taste and is made by hand in open round vats.

Wild Garlic Yarg Cornish Cheese
Wild Garlic Yarg Cornish Cheese is a more recent development of our nettle covered Yarg. Creamy and slightly crumbly, the cheese is covered in wild garlic leaves. The leaves impart a delicate garlic flavour quite unlike any other garlic cheese you have tried.

Cornish Garland
A creamy, semi – hard cheese with a band of herbs oregano, spring onions and thyme running through the middle. Naturally rinded, the mature cheese is fresh and creamy with a good cheese to herb balance.
