Sanjay's Quick Chilli Cheese Toast

SERVINGS 3 hungry baby soldiers

Ingredients

1 (4 ounce) chopped green chillies
30 ml mayonnaise
6 slices French bread, toasted
6 slices Cornish yarg cheese

 

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine the chillies and mayonnaise.
  2. Spread over each slice of bread.
  3. Top each with a cheese slice. Broil the slices and keep under the heat for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  4. Serve hot with home made ketchup.
