WILD GARLIC YARG
Our popular Wild Garlic Yarg is wrapped in the pungent ramson leaves that arrive in the Cornish woodlands each spring. These bright green beauties impart a gentle garlicky flavour and give the cheese a slightly firmer texture.
It’s hard to believe, but Wild Garlic Yarg is made to exactly the same recipe as our traditional nettle wrapped Yarg. The striking difference in taste and texture is all down to the leaves. Isn’t nature clever?
Wrap in wax paper, store below 8 degrees, serve at room temperature. Suitable for vegetarians.
